From USATF Adirondack president Bill Quinlisk
I am saddened to hear of the death of my friend Dick Buerkle from a rare form of Parkinson's. Dick grew up in Rochester NY (Aquinas HS '66, Villanova Univ. ) and even as his success grew, he was always supportive of the Rochester running scene. His workouts were legendary. He will be missed.
