September 12, 2021 - meeting information
In-person Board of Directors meetings are scheduled for the 2nd Tuesday of the odd numbered months at 6:30pm. All Board members are required to participate. Agenda and location of in-person meeting site will be emailed prior to each meeting. There will be a teleconference option if we can figure out the technical difficulties. USATF Adirondack members and others with business with the Association are welcome to attend but please contact president@adirondack.usatf.org to be placed on the agenda.
Executive Committee teleconference meetings are scheduled for the 2nd Tuesday of the even numbered months at 8:00pm. All officers are required to attend. All Board members are welcome to attend also. Agenda and teleconference call-in numbers will be sent prior to each meeting.
