This meet will be the New York State Championship for the four (4) USATF Associations (Adirondack, Long Island, New York and Niagara) within the state of New York.

The top three finishers at the 2021 USATF Adirondack Outdoor Track & Field Championships (date and location TBA) will qualify to compete.
